Genshin Impact 2.2 update is now live and there isn’t much hype aside from the upcoming Tohama banner. Today, we will discuss whether you should summon on the weapon banner.
Banner & Weapons’ Qualities In Detail
While the former is the signature weapon for Childe, the latter is a five-star Catalyst that primarily increases the shield strength of a character.
The Polar Star has a Crit Rate sub-stat, and its passive ability to increase Burst and Skill DMG as well as ATK seems tailor-made for Childe.
The four-star weapons that will have a boosted drop rate on the new weapon banner are:
- Akuoumaru (Claymore)
- Favonius Sword (Sword)
- Favonius Lance (Polearm)
- Eye of Perceptions (Catalyst)
- Rust (bow)
The only exciting weapon is the five-star bow.
All of the four-star options are either boring or not worth it. The claymore seems fine but they just gave out the fish claymore, which is free, and works on most of the claymore users perfectly.
Historically, weapon banners have been a waste of money for free-to-play players, seeing how YouTubers like Tectone spent a lot of money for staff of Homa and were disappointed.
The only reason you should summon on this banner is if you are a Childe simp or a Childe main. We suggest you do the same for your hard-earned primos on the upcoming banners.
